Créativité Québec is a house of initiatives born in Québec and turned toward the world. We design movements, methods, technologies and experiences that let young people develop, demonstrate and have their essential human skills recognized.
OUR CONVICTION
The future is not short on intelligence.It needs humans capable of doing something with it.
In a world transformed by artificial intelligence, creativity, judgment, empathy, collaboration and the capacity to act can no longer stay invisible or secondary. They must be trained, observed and celebrated.
We don't only want to talk about human skills. We create the conditions for young people to put them into action.

Federico Puebla
CEO, CO-FOUNDER
Education entrepreneur and innovation expert, Federico was the architect behind Desjardins Lab and Coopérathon. He is currently CEO and co-founder of Créativité Québec and organizer of TEDx Ville-Marie ED.
Cyril Cosenza
VP, CO-FOUNDER
Technology architect and systems designer, Cyril has over 25 years of experience in software, video games, visual effects, and innovation, notably at Ubisoft and Desjardins. He transforms complexity into platforms bridging learning, creativity, and engagement.
Normand Brodeur, M.A.
VP PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION
Education expert and former Director of Innovation and Pedagogical Development at FEEP, Normand has extensive experience as a teacher, manager, and training designer. He holds expertise in giftedness, inclusion, professional development, and the future of schooling.
Alexandre Joyce, PhD
CHIEF CREATIVITY OFFICER
Designer, business strategist, and PhD in design, Alexandre supports organizations in creating innovative, responsible, and desirable business models. He brings his expertise in creativity, prototyping, and sustainable innovation to Créativité Québec.
